Called to Order at 7:00 PM under M.G.L. c 131, §40 and the Hanson By-Law 3-13, §5 and Rules and Regulations by John Kemmett, Chairman, in the Conservation office at the Town Hall.

Ms. Muncy reported that during an inspection today, she noted that the replication area had become established and was fully grown in and a row of mitigation plantings had been installed as required. She took pictures and recommended release of a full Certificate of Compliance.
