Called to Order at 7:00 PM under M.G.L. c 131, §40 and the Hanson By-Law 3-13, §5 and Rules and Regulations by John Kemmett, Chairman, in the Conservation office at the Town Hall.

Request for a Certificate of Compliance for 243 Liberty Street, Map 82, Lot 6-1 for Hudson Park Associates, N.T. (DEP #SE175-0433)
Ms. Muncy reported that during an inspection today, she noted that the replication area had become established and was fully grown in and a row of mitigation plantings had been installed as required. She took pictures and recommended release of a full Certificate of Compliance.
